1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Rankbreaker (“Game”), operated by RHEND Studios (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Game.

2. Acceptance and Modifications

By using Rankbreaker, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Game, or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction. If you do not meet this requirement, you must not access or use Rankbreaker.

4. License to Use the Game

RHEND Studios grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play Rankbreaker for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

5. User Accounts

Rankbreaker may require you to create or use an online account.

You agree to:

  • provide accurate and complete information

  • maintain the security of your account credentials

  • accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

You are responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

6. In-App Purchases

Rankbreaker may offer in-app purchases for virtual currency, cosmetic items, or gameplay features.

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or platform policy.

  • Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged outside the Game.

  • We reserve the right to modify, rebalance, or remove virtual items at any time.

7. Player Conduct

You agree not to:

  • violate any applicable laws or regulations

  • cheat, exploit bugs, hack, automate gameplay, or interfere with the Game’s systems

  • harass, abuse, or disrupt other players

  • attempt to access unauthorized systems or data

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in Rankbreaker—including software, code, artwork, characters, cards, effects, text, and logos—is owned by RHEND Studios or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Rankbreaker at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms the Game, its players, or RHEND Studios.

Termination may result in loss of access to your account, progress, or virtual items.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Rankbreaker is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your expectations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RHEND Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Game.Rankbreaker is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your expectations.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
